By accessing or using the services provided by CodesBoxs (SMC-Private) Limited, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Services We Provide

CodesBoxs provides custom digital services, including:

1. Website & Mobile App Development
2. AI & Automation Solutions
3. Branding & Design Services
4. Digital Marketing & SEO
5. IT Consultancy & Business Automation
6. Each service is governed by an individual project agreement, quotation, or contract with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

1. The client agrees to:
2. Provide complete and accurate information required for the project.
3. Respond to feedback, approvals, and content requests on time.
4. Not request illegal or unethical work.
5. Make payments as per agreed milestones or contract.
6. Delays from the client’s side may extend delivery deadlines.

3. Payments & Billing

1. All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
2. 50% or agreed advance payment is required to start the project.
3. No work will be delivered until full payment is received.
4. Any third-party subscription costs (domain, hosting, ads, plugins) must be covered by the client.
5. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All project files and final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment.
2. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of CodesBoxs.
3. CodesBoxs may display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless the client requests NDA or privacy.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

1. Minor revisions within the agreed project scope are included.
2. Major changes or additional features will be treated as a new service or additional cost.
3. Unreasonable or unlimited revisions are not allowed.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds are granted only under conditions listed in our Refund Policy.
   If the project is canceled after work has started, partial deductions will apply based on work completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. CodesBoxs will not be responsible for any losses, including:
2. Business interruption
3. Loss of revenue or data
4. Third-party service failures (hosting, plugins, API, etc.)
5. Improper use or unauthorized modifications by the client

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

1. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
   CodesBoxs follows the Privacy Policy, CCPA (USA), and PIPEDA (Canada) standards.

9. Termination

1. CodesBoxs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
2. The client violates these Terms
3. Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity is detected
4. Payment terms are violated

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, depending on the client’s jurisdiction.
