At CodesBoxs SMC Pvt Ltd, we provide software development, AI automation, digital marketing, website/app development, and IT consulting services to clients worldwide. Since our services are digital, all deliveries are made electronically. This Shipping / Service Delivery Policy explains how and when clients can expect to receive their services, project files, or digital products.
1. Nature of Services
CodesBoxs provides digital services only.
We do not ship any physical products.
All deliverables—including designs, source code, reports, documents, automations, and digital assets—are delivered electronically via:
Email
Client portals
Project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
GitHub / GitLab repositories
API integrations / automated workflows (for AI & automation projects)
2. Order Processing Time
Once a client places an order, the processing begins after:
Payment confirmation
Project requirements / brief received
Contract or Scope of Work (SOW) approved
Typical processing time: 24–48 hours, depending on project complexity.
3. Service Delivery Time
Delivery time varies based on the specific service purchased. Standard delivery windows:
a. Website Development
Basic websites: 3–7 working days
Advanced / E-commerce: 7–21 working days
b. Mobile App Development
Prototype: 5–10 working days
Full App: 30–60 working days
c. AI Automation & AI Agents
Simple automations: 2–5 working days
Advanced multi-step AI agents: 7–21 working days
d. Digital Marketing
Initial setup: 2–3 working days
Monthly services: Delivered weekly or monthly depending on package.
e. Graphic Design / Branding
Logos: 24–72 hours
Full branding kit: 3–7 working days
f. Custom Software Solutions
Timeline is defined in the proposal / contract.
4. Delivery Method
All digital items are delivered electronically through:

For Development Projects
ZIP file with complete source code
Git repository access
Hosting/server credentials (if included)
API keys / automation setup files
Documentation & video walkthroughs
For Marketing Services
Reports delivered via email or Google Drive
Monthly performance & analytics sheets
No physical shipment is involved.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed if:
Client does not provide required information on time
Payment is incomplete
Third-party service (hosting, domain, API provider) has downtime
Scope changes during the project
CodesBoxs always communicates delays in advance.
6. Revisions & Updates Delivery
Revision turnaround time: 24–72 hours
Number of revisions depends on the plan/package purchased.
Revised files are delivered using the same digital method as the original delivery.
7. Subscription-Based Services
For monthly services (SEO, social media, AI automation monitoring, maintenance):
Services are delivered continuously throughout the month.
Reports & updates are sent weekly or monthly.
All access remains valid until the subscription expires.
8. Project Completion & Final Delivery
After final approval and settlement of all dues:
- Client receives all final project files.
- Source code delivery is included ONLY if it is part of the package.
Access credentials and documentation are shared digitally.
Clients must download and store files safely; CodesBoxs keeps backups for 30 days only.
9. Non-Delivery Due to Client Issues
CodesBoxs is not responsible for non-delivery if:
- Client email is incorrec
- Client does not check inbox/spam folders
- Client delays feedback or required information
- Client loses access to shared links
However, we will resend files upon request within 30 days.
