Return & Refund Policy

At CodesBoxs, we value our clients and aim to deliver professional, reliable, and result-driven digital services such as Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI Automations, Branding, SEO, and Marketing Solutions.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are applicable for our services.


1. Nature of Our Services (Important Notice)

Since we offer custom, made-to-order digital services, every project is specifically developed according to client requirements. As a result, our services are not eligible for traditional returns like physical products.

However, we do offer refunds under fair and justified conditions, as mentioned below.


2. Refund Eligibility

A client may request a refund only if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  1. The project has not been started yet after payment.
  2. The work delivered is completely different from the approved scope.
  3. Our team fails to deliver any progress within the agreed timeline (without any client delay).
  4. A technical fault or error from our side that we are unable to resolve.
  5. Duplicate or overpayment made accidentally by the client.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  1. Once the project has been partially or fully delivered as per the agreed scope.
  2. If the client has changed their mind or no longer needs the service.
  3. Delays caused due to customer response delay, missing content, or approvals.
  4. For third-party tools, domains, hosting, advertising, or plugin purchases.
  5. For services bought under special discount or promotional package.
  6. If continuous revisions were provided and client expectations keep changing beyond agreed scope.

4. Project Cancellation Policy

  1. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, a proportional deduction will be applied based on work already completed.
    Only the remaining unused amount (if any) will be refunded.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  1. Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued through the same original payment method used by the client.
  3. Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.

    Please mention your full name, project title, payment proof, and reason for request for faster processing.

7. Final Decision

  1. CodesBoxs reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
    All decisions made by our finance and management team regarding refunds will be considered final.
